發(fā)布時間：2018-10-05 17:28:49教育學(xué)類(教育學(xué))學(xué)習(xí)動機理論學(xué)習(xí)動機是指激發(fā)個體進行學(xué)習(xí)活動、維持已引起的學(xué)習(xí)活動，并致使行為朝向一定的學(xué)習(xí)目標的一種內(nèi)在過程或內(nèi)部心理狀態(tài)。學(xué)習(xí)動機一方面決定著學(xué)習(xí)的方向和進程，另一方面也影響著學(xué)習(xí)的效果?？梢姡瑢W(xué)習(xí)動機在教育活動中的重要性。因此，對學(xué)習(xí)動機理論的了解也非常必要。如果考官提出一個問題：學(xué)習(xí)動機理論有哪些?請選擇其中的一種進行詳細分析?？忌撊绾螒?yīng)答呢?學(xué)習(xí)動機的有關(guān)理論包括強化理論、需要層次理論、成就動機理論、成敗歸因理論、自我效能理論。接下來，我就分析一下成就動機理論。成就動機是個體努力克服障礙、施展才能、力求又快又好地解決某一問題的愿望或趨勢。它在人的成就需要的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生，是激勵個體樂于從事自己認為重要的或有價值的工作，并力求獲得中公的一種內(nèi)在驅(qū)動力。成就動機是人類所獨有的，它是后天獲得的具有社會意義的動機。在學(xué)習(xí)活動中，成就動機是一種主要的學(xué)習(xí)動機。成就動機理論的主要代表人物阿特金森認為，個體的成就動機可以分為兩類，一種是力求中公的動機，即人們追求中公和由中公帶來的積極情感的傾向性;一種是避免失敗的動機，即人們避免失敗和由失敗帶來的消極情感的傾向性。根據(jù)這兩類動機在個體的動機中所占的強度，可以將個體分為：即為了獲得成就，選擇有所成就的任務(wù)，而概率為50%的任務(wù)是他們最有可能選擇的，因為這種任務(wù)能給他們提供最大的現(xiàn)實挑戰(zhàn)。當他們面對完全不可能中公或者穩(wěn)操勝券的任務(wù)時，動機水平反而會下降。避免失敗者。避免失敗者則傾向于選擇非常容易或非常困難的任務(wù)，如果中公的機會大約是50%時，他們會回避這項任務(wù)。因為選擇容易的任務(wù)可以保證中公，使自己免遭失敗;而選擇及其困難的任務(wù)，即使失敗，也可以找到適當?shù)慕杩?，得到自己和他人的原諒，從而減少失敗感。成就動機理論應(yīng)用于指導(dǎo)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)上要注意以下的條件：(1)要根據(jù)學(xué)生個人的能力安排學(xué)習(xí)、工作，并創(chuàng)造一定條件放手讓他們?nèi)オ毩⑼瓿?，以激勵他們強烈的成就感?2)給學(xué)生的任務(wù)難度要適中。過易不能激發(fā)他們完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)的意念;過難則因不能完成任務(wù)而使他們心灰意冷。成就需求高的學(xué)生，要安排他們?nèi)ネ瓿呻y度比較高的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，使之竭盡全力去完成。(3)對學(xué)生的進步要有明確的、及時的反饋。例如對他們的工作給予評價。給予一定的獎勵。以上的內(nèi)容供考生在回答類似的問題參考。除此之外，考生要對學(xué)習(xí)動機理論的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、影響等內(nèi)容也要進行歸納概括。
